Tick, tick, tick.
Thatโs the sound of 2023 rapidly drawing to a close.
Before you know it, youโll be sipping that sparkling beverage, reciting your 2024 resolutions.
And thatโll remind you of your past yearโs failed resolutions.
It sounds scary.
But my last weekโs nightmare was even more terrifying.
I woke up in a cold sweat, heart pounding, and feeling like I needed to take a long shower to wash the icky off of me.
In the dream, it was already December 31st, 2023.
I was standing on the edge of a huge cliff, looking down at an abyss of black nothingness.
And at my feet was a tiny little ball, balanced precariously on the edge of the cliff.
I knew that the ball represented my life.
And I also knew that if I didnโt take action to save it, it would fall into the abyss and be lost forever.
Now, exactly 40 days remain in 2023 to make it count.
Forget the grand resolutions you made for this year.
Instead, commit to tiny, daily actions โ micro-movements thatโll propel you forward, inch by precious inch.
Even if youโve achieved your yearly goals, these tiny actions will fill your heart with gratitude and life with fulfillment.

Sometimes, doing nothing is powerful.
Day 39:Organize Your Phone Apps
Declutter digitally. Efficiency at your fingertips.
Day 40: Reflect and Project
Reflect on the past 40 days.
How have these actions affected your life?
Now, project these feelings into the coming year.
What does this trajectory look like?
โWe often overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can do in a year.โ
Or, in this case, 40 days.
Each tiny action, each minuscule habit, is a building block.
The size of the action is far less significant than the consistency of the action.
No matter what you choose to do from this list, it will create a huge impact on your well-being.
I bet.
Iโve experienced it.
โIf you can do these things for a day, you can do it for life.
