The don't talk to strangers comment always sticks out to me. I'm like, I mean at some point every person is a stranger until they're not! It's important we train our instincts by experimenting talking to strangers, growing more uncomfortable outside our comfort zones and nurturing our ability to both self-sustain without fear of others and cultivate empathy inside our hearts from living life with others.

There are actually lots of options! Chia seeds can be consumed whole, soaking, or crushed. Chia seeds have a moderate flavour and a somewhat nutty taste, and they are simple to add whole to most dishes as a garnish. They may also be soaked to make a variety of mouthwatering dishes, including chia pudding, which is so delectable that it's difficult to imagine it's healthful as well.
