Thank you so much for such a well written article on this process of change.

I went through this exact process, using this exact question, with my mentor, ten years ago! And it changed my life completely!

But, I continue to ask myself this question! Particularly when something in my life is not as I want it to be....

In order to survive, I have to stay within limits imposed by my health problems. However, I have been attempting to modify my existence in a beneficial way. I also put forth modest effort to try to help other people.
