I learned a long time ago that other people's opinions are just that. Their opinions. They do not define us in any way, unless WE choose to let them do so.

May we continue to believe in who we are and our capabilities, 'underdog' or not! ;)

Love this. Honestly, if there's one term I wish would disappear from social norms, it's "underdog." There's no such thing. In life, in sports, in anything. It's a imagining created to make Othering people sound polite and unshameful while shamefully maintaining a sense of make-believe superiority.

Glad you find so much peace exactly where you are at all times.

You’re right: being underestimated is a superpower. It frees you from the pressure of living up to someone else’s limited vision. It gives you the quiet space to build something real, something that speaks for itself. I liked this very much.
